CCI Apprenticeship 2020: Applications for a career at OeTTINGER Brewery now open

The OeTTINGER Group is not only one of the largest breweries in Germany, but with more than 1,000 employees, it is also an important employer and an extremely attractive vocational trainer for the next generation of employees. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Swabia has now officially confirmed the company as an apprenticeship company 2020 and in so doing has highlighted the quality of its vocational training program. As of now, applications for the new apprenticeship year are open to interested school leavers aiming to secure a place on the vocational training course at OeTTINGER’s headquarters in Oettingen, Bavaria. All apprenticeships feature an exciting range of tasks and encourage a significant degree of individual responsibility, while successful applicants have a high chance of being offered a permanent position at the company at a later date.

Shareholder Pia Kollmar explains: “As a family company that values tradition, vocational training has always been extremely important to us. We are very closely connected to our home region and are therefore keen to accept social responsibility. To us, it is clear: Dedicated young talent is the foundation of tomorrow’s workforce.”

OeTTINGER is offering the following vocational training opportunities:

  •             Food technology specialists (m/f/other)
  •             Industrial business managers (m/f/other)
  •             Professional drivers (m/f/other)
  •             Warehouse logistics managers (m/f/other)

OeTTINGER is already accepting online applications for the start of the next apprenticeship year in September 2021. Using the latest technology and in line with the highest quality standards, the family company produces beers, beer mix drinks and soft drinks, and is regarded as a pioneer in the field of digitization. Based on a social listening study, OeTTINGER Brewery was named as a “Top Company for Digital Talents” in 2019 by the Institute for Management and Economic Research. In so doing, the company was awarded five out of five stars, the best possible rating. Moreover, according to the business magazine WirtschaftsWoche, the brewery is once again one of the three most valuable employers in the Donau-Ries district.
