A fitness trail, a long-awaited irrigation well and children’s sports classes, all in the local area: The voluntary projects supported by Ralf Winkler, Jörg Gruber and Katja Maier, the latest winners of the personnel development program at the Oettingen brewery site, are nothing if not diverse!
The EUR 850 donation received by Ralf Winkler will enable the sports club Schützen- und Sportverein Auhausen e.V. to realize a very special project in Oettinger Forest: The construction of a fitness trail between Auhausen and Wassertrüdingen.
With his donation of EUR 850, Jörg Gruber will support FC Pfäfflingen-Dürrenzimmern, and a project that has long been in the pipeline. The soccer club will invest the money in the construction of a well to aid irrigation of their sports fields.
St. Ulricht’s Catholic Kindergarten in the town of Ehingen will use its EUR 850 donation from Katja Maier to help with the purchase of new gym and sports equipment for the children’s exercise area and sports classes. The kindergarten will now be able to cross off many of the items on its wish list, including new balls, jump ropes and skittles, as well as a play parachute.
