In this year alone, a total of eight apprentices have successfully completed their training in various exciting areas at our sites located regionally across Germany.
At the headquarters in Oettingen, Emily Uhl and Diana Seidenfus qualified as industrial managers, while Elina Gutman completed her training as a food technology specialist. In addition, Steven Brauer, Erik Schnabel and Kevin Becker are now all officially qualified brewers and maltsters at our locations in Gotha, Braunschweig and Mönchengladbach. We also extend our congratulations to Julian Hinz from Mönchengladbach for successfully completing his training as an automotive mechatronics engineer and Michael Zimmermann at our depot in Walldorf, who is now a fully fledged warehouse logistics manager.
Brewery manager Pia Kollmar was delighted to hear of the apprenticeship success stories: “OeTTINGER Brewery’s commitment to training young professionals is based on tradition and conviction. The brewery is also an important employer in the regions around our locations. For this reason, we are proud of each and every young talent that successfully completes their training with us. As a family company, we are aware that the future is in the hands of the young.”
In total, OeTTINGER Brewery offers vocational training in eight different roles (m/f/other): Brewers and maltsters, food technology specialists, professional drivers, warehouse logistics managers, forwarding agents, industrial managers, industrial mechanics and electrical engineers for automation. However, it goes without saying that the majority of our apprentices train as brewers and maltsters!
