Credit where credit’s due: Earlier this year, Tina Meierhuber passed her exam to become a certified HR Manager with flying colors. In addition, among those to have been awarded a grade of at least “Good”, our colleague from the HR department achieved an exam result in the top 20 percent of her field. For this reason, she has been awarded the Bavarian Federal State Government Master Prize from the Bavarian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
This coveted business award aims to highlight vocational training as an attractive option and to underscore the importance of further training, in addition to motivating others to complete a vocational further training course themselves.
Our boss Pia Kollmar, also Director of the Günther and Ingrid Kollmar Förderstiftung, congratulates our newly fledged HR Manager on passing her exam and on receiving the award: “I am delighted that the talent, hard work and perseverance we first saw in Tina when awarding her a scholarship have now been officially recognized.”
Tina Meierhuber successfully completed a Business Administration apprenticeship with OeTTINGER, following which she now works at the Oettingen headquarters as a HR Manager. Alongside this, she pursued a further training program and was therefore granted the Kollmar scholarship.
