Privet, buckthorn, wild cherry, small-leaved linden, Russian elm, English oak, wayfarer… these are just some of the many species of trees and shrubs that are now growing around our wastewater treatment plant in Oettingen Süd.
Following the renovation of the plant, we decided to transform as much of the free space as possible into a protected habitat for nature – in accordance with regulations, and with the approval of the nature conservation authority.
The trees have now been planted and here are the first photos!
