Brewery owner Pia Kollmar has been appointed to the Executive Board and will take on responsibility for the areas of finance and strategy with effect from February 11, 2026.
With this new appointment, we are preparing for the next phase of the restructuring of our leadership team. CEO Stefan Blaschak explains: “My time as Chairman of the Executive Board of OeTTINGER Brauerei GmbH is drawing to a close. We are now expanding our management structure so that responsibilities can be shared between more people.”
Fit for the future
Since taking on the role of Chairman of the Executive Board in mid-2023, Stefan Blaschak has overseen the realignment of OeTTINGER BEVERAGES, achieved financial stability for the company, and initiated transformation projects. In so doing, he has laid the foundations allowing the company to successfully define its own future.
Return to operational responsibility
For Pia Kollmar, this appointment signifies a return to operational responsibility: She was previously a member of the Executive Board until 2022, before transitioning to leadership of the Advisory Board. After being reappointed to the Executive Board, Pia Kollmar is stepping down from her position heading up the Advisory Board and has handed the baton to long-standing member Günther Düll.
