WirtschaftsWoche study: “Excellent Consumer Service”

We have placed among the top seven businesses for consumer service in the latest sector rankings compiled by the business magazine WirtschaftsWoche and the market research company ServiceValue. In the “Breweries” category, German consumers have ranked us as “excellent”.

The “Best Customer Service 2026” survey collates the views of more than 107,000 consumers. A total of 690 providers from 41 sectors were evaluated in a representative online panel survey. More specifically, the study sought to assess the key points of contact in consumer service: Telephone hotlines, emails, contact forms, and online chat functions. Businesses whose overall satisfaction ratings exceeded the average for their category were ranked as “excellent”.
