Two donations to two sports clubs: Once again, two sports fans were chosen to receive donations from the most recent instalment of the OeTTINGER personnel development program at our Mönchengladbach site. Christian Balding and Rüdiger Pohl will each be using their donations for the benefit of the clubs to which they dedicate their free time.

Christian Balding’s donation means that the soccer club FC Wellinghofen 83 can look forward to financial support amounting to EUR 1,250. The club will use the money to buy new soccer balls for their G-and F-Junior teams as well as additional training equipment. This will enable the club to press on with training at full tilt when the coronavirus restrictions have been eased.

The second check worth EUR 1,250 was awarded to Rüdiger Pohl, who is supporting the martial arts club OH-DO-KWAN e.V. in the town of Viersen-Bosheim. The donation from the OeTTINGER personnel development program will be used to buy new equipment for the club’s online martial arts training program, in which all Viersen-Bosheim residents should soon be able to take part. As a result, the money from OeTTINGER stands to benefit all members of the club.
