Braunschweig: Prevention training for women

“Moral courage” and “early risk detection” – these were the main themes of the first prevention training program for women at OeTTINGER Brewery in Braunschweig.

Yesterday morning, eight colleagues took part in a special workshop for women run by the Lower Saxony police force. It was organized as part of OeTTINGER’s crisis management program for individual crisis response in the workplace. It also forms part of the OeTTINGER sustainability strategy for female empowerment, which is still being refined and further developed.
A similar training program for female administration employees was held last year in Oettingen, which was run by the Bavarian police force. This was arranged in the wake of the social media controversy in which OeTTINGER was embroiled last spring, resulting in bomb scares and a major police intervention.
